The morning after the "Full Buck" Moon, coming out of my sleep I had Reiki racing through my mind. I couldn't quite remember which type of Reiki though. I immediately started researching to find the correct one. The type of Reiki was Karuna! This was the beginning of my beautiful journey with Reiki. I am a Reiki Master with plans to further into Karuna Reiki.
I use my intuition to guide my Reiki sessions. I also incorporate tuning forks, breathwork, crystal signing bowls, meditation, aroma therapy and crystals. This list is constantly changing and can vary depending on the clients needs.
Our Spirit guides are always there supporting our healing and growth through every session. At times, they sit quiet, and other times they leave messages of understanding and encouragment.
