I am certified as a Reiki practitioner trained in the Usui System of Natural Healing.  Inspired by my mother, who first introduced me to Reiki in 1989.  She was a Reiki Master attunded and trained in Usui Reiki as well as other various healing modalities for over 33 years and deeply influenced my healing journey.  Growing up with Reiki, it became an intrinsic and essential part of my life.  I received my first attunement in Usui Reiki in 2002 and my second in 2016. 

Reiki is a holistic practice that promotes deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind to access their natural healing abilities more effectively.  A Reiki energy healing can assist you in connecting to your own innate healing more deeply, the infinite energy that is us, surrounds us, and is integral to our very being.
