Welcome! I am a  Usui Reiki Master. I am a firm believer in our innate ability to shift and transmute energy, for optimal healing. With our busy lives and constant interaction with different people and environments, our energy levels can become blocked and depleted. This can result in a variety of physical, emotional, and/or spiritual concerns.

During your Reiki session we will begin with setting an intention for treatment. Then, you will lie down on a treatment table, fully clothed, while I use various hands positions with a gentle touch (with permission) or hands hovering over your body. Reiki energy will be provided throughout your body releasing any tension, energy blocks, or emotional pain. I may use essential oils and/or crystals to enhance relaxation. You may experience sensations like tingling, warmth, calmness, or emotional release. At the end we will discuss your experience.
