I completed my Usui Reiki I and II training in 1996 with the Australian Reiki Master Valerie Ives and have kept a daily Reiki practice awake in my life. I completed my Reiki Master Teacher training (2021) and Reiki/Sekhem Advanced training (2022) with the Reiki Master Teacher Stephanie Cookson (CRA registration 06-061) in Toronto. I have also completed the three certificates (2023) offered by the Building Biology Institute (Santa Fe, USA), a direction flowing naturally out of the realization that we often need to heal both ourselves and the spaces in which we live.
