I think of myself as a permanent seeker of truth. Proud of my Mexican roots, I immigrated to Montreal, Quebec 20 winters ago where I have made my second home.

I received my first Reiki attunement in October 1998.  Since then, I have held a solid practice offering in-person and distance Reiki sessions.  After a 3-year training and a profound self-discovery journey, I was initiated as Reiki Master in November 2015.   From that moment on, I have been teaching this sacred practice in three different languages (Spanish, English and French) and I have founded one of the most solid, diverse and multicultural communities in Canada “Semilla de Luz Montreal”.

Along with my Reiki practice, I am also a Certified Coach by the Mind Rebel Academy and I am about to finish my 2-year certification as Mindfulness Teacher (UC, Berkeley).

My motto in life is that LOVE is the most powerful medicine for healing and self-transformation and therefore, I dedicate my professional work to support human beings in their journey back home; back to their heart.
