Valerie is a Master Practitioner and Teacher of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki with over 17 years of practice. She brings her love for the Reiki path, a gift for energy work, and compassion for all living beings to each session and class. Val is trauma informed, a neurodivergent ally, LGBT friendly, and sensitive to others' needs. She has Level 2 Animal Reiki from Katherine Prassad's Let Animals Lead program. Val offers Reiki sessions, long distance Reiki, and in-person classes in James Bay, Victoria.
