On my own personal healing journey I came across Reiki, I loved it so much and it brought so much  Joy  into my life.  Reiki has taught me to be a more compassionate, loving and kind person to every living spirit. For every Reiki session I give, I give from my heart and hold space with tremondous love. I currently hold a 3rd level Reiki Master Certfication.

I also lead guided meditations private and in groups and am a RYT200. I offer Yoga classes in person (with social distancing in mind)  I keep my costs low and affordable so everyone can experience the beautiful healing energy of Reiki, Meditation and Yoga. I have also host numerous workshops (ex.
